What we deliver
Infrastructure projects fail for predictable reasons: unclear scope, undocumented configuration, and an engineer who disappears once the invoice is paid. We work the opposite way — fixed scope agreed up front, a fixed price against it, and a documented handover so the next person to touch the system knows exactly what was built and why.
Servers and storage
Physical and virtual server builds, Hyper-V and VMware hosts, storage configuration, RAID and resilience planning, and structured migration from ageing hardware. We'll tell you plainly where a single point of failure exists and what it costs to remove it.
Networks and connectivity
Switching, VLAN design and segmentation, firewall configuration and rule review, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, and structured cabling. Segmented networks are a Cyber Essentials expectation, not an optional refinement.
Business Wi-Fi
Site surveys, access point placement, controller-managed wireless, guest network isolation, and roaming that actually works across a full site. Most poor Wi-Fi is a design problem, not a hardware problem.
Migrations and office moves
On-premises to cloud migrations, tenant-to-tenant moves, file server to SharePoint transitions, and complete office relocations planned around your working hours rather than ours.
Backup and disaster recovery
Backup design, offsite and immutable copies, documented recovery procedures, and — critically — tested restores. A backup nobody has ever restored from is an assumption, not a safeguard.
How we work
Every project starts with a site visit or remote assessment and a written scope: what will be delivered, what it will cost, how long it will take, and what falls outside the agreement. You get progress updates as work proceeds and full documentation at handover — network diagrams, configuration records, credentials handed over securely, and a written summary of what changed.
Projects can be delivered standalone or as part of an ongoing Managed IT Support agreement.
