What we do
Most businesses are already on Microsoft 365. Far fewer are using it properly. Licences go unused, security defaults sit untouched, files stay scattered across personal OneDrives, and devices are enrolled inconsistently or not at all. We fix that, then keep it working.
Microsoft 365 setup and management
Tenant configuration, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Licence review to make sure you're paying for what you actually use — and holding the right plan for the features you need. Shared mailboxes, distribution groups, retention policies, and mail flow configured correctly rather than left at defaults.
Migrations
Email and file migrations from Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange, IMAP, or another Microsoft 365 tenant. Tenant-to-tenant migrations following mergers or rebrands, including mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and user identities. Migrations are planned around your working hours with a documented cutover and rollback position.
Identity and access — Entra ID
Multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access policies, single sign-on, and privileged access control. Identity is where most breaches now begin, and it's where the cheapest wins are available.
Device management — Intune and Autopilot
Enrol Windows and macOS devices into central management, deploy applications and configuration automatically, enforce BitLocker encryption, and ship new hardware straight to a user's desk ready to work with zero manual build. Lost or stolen devices can be wiped remotely.
Azure and cloud infrastructure
Virtual machines, Azure Files, site-to-site connectivity, Azure Virtual Desktop, and backup to Azure. We'll also tell you honestly when cloud isn't the cheaper answer — for some workloads it isn't.
Email security and compliance
Anti-phishing and anti-spam policies, Safe Links and Safe Attachments, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration so your email actually reaches recipients, and retention policies that meet your obligations.
